We are hiring a conscientious, customer-centric Assistant Service Advisor who wants to be part of a team.
We've been in business for more than 20 years and have locations in both Elmhurst and Clarendon Hills.
The A player we're looking for has a strong work ethic, a drive to learn and do his/her best, and will be excited about the opportunity to serve our loyal clients.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to interact well with customers and technicians, and believe in going the extra mile.
Knowledge of or experience in the automotive repair industry is a plus.

The applicant must have strong computer skills.
ASE certifications are a plus.
Job duties consist of but are not limited to answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, estimating work, ordering parts, dispatching work to technicians, and filing documents.
The individual we hire will have a desire to develop sales skills.
What Skills and Experience Do You Need? The ideal candidate must have:
Desire to develop sales skills Strong communication skills Ability to interact well with clients and team members Strong computer skills A high school diploma or equivalent A valid driver's license with no major violations Fluency in English (Spanish a plus!) We consider it a plus if you have:
Automotive knowledge or prior experience ASE Certifications Experience with Protractor shop management software Please note that we perform a background check in accordance with local law/regulations on all candidates before offering employment with our company.
